Commonly Used Video Poker Terms

The player must have knowledge of some Common terms that are used in video poker. Ace High is a five-card hand having an ace but no pair; it beats a king-high, but loses to any pair or above. Aces Full is a full house with aces over any pair. All-In implies that a player has bet all his remaining chips. Back Door Flush, also called Straight, is when the last two cards make a player's hand, even when he or she has played on the flop. Bankroll is the amount of money, a player has available, for wagering. 'Bet the Pot' means to bet the total value of the pot. A 'Big Slick' is the Ace-King card combination.
